  • Purchased a Bilt Bluetooth modular helmet from them on January 30th. Only had the display model left in my size and color so I got it at a discounted price. Same day ride up to Sedona and the clip to lift the front of it broke. Hoping it was just because it's the display. Anyway, called the next day and spoke to Joel. He checked the store and called me back within an hour to tell me they had a new one in stock and to just bring the old one back. Went in today to return the broken helmet and the guy working (can't remember his name) went and pulled out a brand new one and swapped it out for me. No other costs or anything. Being new to AZ this was the first shop I've been to out here for gear and they now have a customer for life. I knew for under $200 I wasn't getting the greatest modular Bluetooth helmet, but your service was amazing. You guys rock!
