Will never shop at Best Buy as long as I am alive. Terrible customer service. Went in to exchange a cell phone case that was not the correct size; the box was opened and subsequently it was revealed the phone did not fit the case. I did not have my receipt. The woman at the front desk refused to do an exchange without a receipt. This has never happened to me in all my life. Bad treatment, bad service. I did find the receipt in the trunk of my car after consulting my husband. Completely lame that you can't do an exchange for $20 item without a receipt. Totally bogus and we will never patronize Best Buy; not ever. No one should be treated badly during a transaction at any establishment. It's not worth the reputation of your company.
Oh and called customer service before finding the receipt. Waste of time and worthless.
