  • TERRIBLE!!! Low service standards and careless staff in the front office and in the parking lot. To begin with, they charged us more than the online quote we got. Then, our car reeked of cigarettes. We requested a change of car and after looking for a suitable replacement, we realized that they all reeked of smoke. One car also seemed to have vomit on one of the seats. When we told this to the clerk (Rich) he asks: "which one is that bothers you, the vomit on the seat or the smoke smell?" When we went to return our car we saw an employee hitting two cars while trying to line park them. For what we heard from the other employees, that wasn't the first time that he had done that on that day.
