  • Would have been five stars; but the line is ridiculous. To satiate us, however, there are two coolers, some opening entertainment, and free sausage samples were passed out. Best brisket of my life, tho!!! Juicy, tender, and I was given the choice if I wanted lean or fatty. Have you seen me? Fatty, yes please!! If they could somehow do something to lower the wait time I would be back every time that I am in Phoenix.
