  • Avoid this store if at all possible! Their employees are not very attentive. The customer service department is extremely slow and has long lines as a result. Do not buy a cell phone at the store. When I did it took over 2 hours for the transaction with the phone already picked out. Look for other BestBuys in the area and only use this one as a last resort.
