  • I've been going to this place for a couple of years and for the most part i have a good experience, but this last time was terrible. I believe my nail tech was Natalie. She was rough on my hands, seemed very distracting with her constant giggling and looking all around, and rolling her eyes whenever my hand wasn't in the right position. I don't know if she was in a rush to leave being that they were closing in 30 minutes but she certainly made it obvious that she was distracted and in a hurry. Her attitude, and energy rubbed me the wrong way. I will never ask for her again, if i even return. Since the rebranding and renaming of their company, business and the whole experience is different. If you do go here ask for Tracy or Johnny. They're the best! I learned my lesson and will be asking for them by name if i choose to return.
