  • I've lived here for 3 years and have had zero major issues. Any time we had maintenance to be done, their staff was on it, even when our a/c broke over the weekend. Sherri at the office has been nothing but helpful. The grounds are well kept, we've never had noise or pest control issues. I really wish I didn't have to move to be closer to school, because I would be more than fine with staying here another 3 years. I'm not sure what other renters are complaining about in terms of fees - that IS part of apartment living, and why you read your lease before you sign. Our rent was more than fair for the space we got.
