  • If you're going to the South Side for a great ethnic experience, go to Piper's Pub. We came here for breakfast on our last trip to the Burgh, and the food was spectacular, very authentic to the UK giant breakfast experience. Everyone here is laid back, there is football (that would be soccer for we Statesiders) on all the TVs, and plenty of drinks to go around. Our last stop was for a mini pub crawl and we got acquainted with their beer list and hung out in the bar, which was not too loud but was ready to get that way. The dining room in the back is definitely quieter, even being right up on the bar area. This is my preferred bar in the Saahside.
