  • I had the pleasure of living at Redstone for almost 2 years. This place is amazing. The grounds are always maintained and the amenities are awesome. Not to mention, this community is always holding community events for their residents. The girls at the leasing office had been nothing but accommodating and informative from the very beginning. If I ever needed to get something fixed or a complaint resolved, they would be right on top of it and follow-up. Of course, I cannot forget the maintenance crew. They are extremely polite and helpful and always go out of their way to ensure the job is done. Not to mention, extremely prompt! I have nothing but great reviews about this place and would recommend it to anyone. Just some advice: Please always make sure to read your lease. The girls in the leasing office had taken the time to go over the lease with me and made me aware of Mark Taylor's policies including their 60 day notice and their fees, including the fee to break the lease. I did have to break the lease 1 month before the actual lease was over due to my situation. Unfortunately, the girls in the leasing office have to abide by the policies and procedures for each resident and cannot make exceptions. Which is understandable. Even then, they walked me through the process of how my final bill would come and I even worked with the payment office of Mark Taylor to set up a payment plan. Thank you again Redstone staff for everything.
