  • I am sure these guys are fine, but I did not appreciate being told that it would be more cost-effective to buy a new cart grill than to have ours cleaned and fixed. Unclear if the intent was to be helpful or to be snarky, but in any event, I called Barbeque Doctor and they came right out and for 142.54 did a fantastic job on my grill that would have cost $500 minimum to replace, (once I finished paying someone to put it together). Would definitely call Barbeque Doctor again, these guys not so much due to their attitude. For future reference, it's better for customer and community relations generally to provide a helpful referral to a service who can do the work you can't do, rather than provide a blow-off response like "your grill isn't worth fixing."
