  • Great photographer, horrible customer service afterwards. Like the others, this service was offered and a free 8x10 that came with the hospital package. A separate person (Jason) set up the join.me session to show the pics taken. He told me that I couldn't discuss the prices with my husband at a later time, that if we terminate the session without purchasing, that I will not see the pictures again and that he doesn't have time to show them to me again. The packages started at $350. It was an awful experience! Bad business practice! Scammers!
