  • I was very unhappy with the service I received on January 8. The bar only had about 5 customers including my self and my two friends. You would think that the bartender would provide quality customer service with only a few people to wait on. He was arrogant and cocky, he poured to shocks for us and when I told him about how I felt he customer service skills we next to nothing, HE PICKED UP MY SHOT AND DRANK IT! He said there goes your shot. It is against the law to drink behind the bar when you are working, I was a bartender for years. Plus the fact he knew it was my birthday and proceeded to act that way, I thought was unbelievable. He said his name was Bob, which I do not believe, but Bob thank you for being a total jerk.
