  • When the doctors actually show up for the appointment they are wonderful. I take all six of my children here. The HUGE downfall here is the with time. I have waited anywhere from 25 minutes to an hour and a half past my appointment time to see the doctor with no apologies. They state "it's cold and flu season" or "were busy". What does that have to do with me or my family? Why schedule appointments at all? It's gotten so bad I may be switching practices, even though the doctors are great.
