  • I'm not one to write reviews, but The Vapory deserves this one! I purchased a new unit for my vaping needs on a Saturday...and for the next three days I was back in the shop due to some issues with the device. The staff was knowledgable, kind and focused on fixing the issue. Multiple people assisted me and tried various things and this problem was resolved. All too often, stores will place the blame for issues with products on the customers. This was not the case with The Vapory! They were only concerned with my needs being met and resolving the issue, and they did this with a smile. I will be going back and recommending them.
