  • Check in desk takes 45 minutes to check a person in before me, 2 people walk out because they were never helped and then I'm told "the policy is to collect $75" the guy prior to me $90. I was here 2 weeks prior and told my copay was $30. And all this 28 minutes to closing? Makes me question their motive and willingness to screw those with insurance over. Urgent cares might be a thing of the past.
