  • Buyer beware!!!! They sold us a 4tion Rudd four years ago and we've been miserable ever since! We've had them out to check for problems and one of their service men actually told me that they don't operate as well as they do after the first year. And we spent 5k with them!!! They recommended a product, we bought it & now we're stuck. Our only option is to buy a NEW 5ton unit or put up one of those 1 ton wall mounted units downstairs. We trusted them. Please don't make the same mistake. Get several opinions!!! There has to be better in the Valley of the Sun!
