I cannot say enough about these guys. I brought my bike in on October 19. I had an electrical problem. The part I was told would have to be ordered from Harley in Milwaukie. I had scheduled a run to Rocky Point Mexico ,for the 10th and 11th of November ,so I thought that's plenty of time. . Wrong!!!. I was told the part was on backorder and would not be here til the 22nd of November. I called Chris, the general Manager on the 8th of November, and explained that I had room reservations, and friends all set to go. Could he help out a brother? He could not have been nicer! He called Harley ,and had them over night the part !The service manager called me ,and said the part was in ,and he would have my bike ready for pickup that afternoon I am very greatful to Chris, and all the people who made my trip a success. Customer service lives at Chandler Harley Davidson! Thanks again guys!!!
