  • The worst!! I took my Coach purse in to get it cleaned and I was told it would be done in 2 days. I gave them an extra day, but when I went back, they questioned if my ticket was from them and then told me that it would be back after the weekend. I was a little concerned, but I came back Monday afternoon with hope that they had done their job. NOPE! "Please come back tomorrow, I promise it will be done!" I told them I was leaving the country and that I needed it and that by now they had left me no time to take it elsewhere. I came back the following day (now they had it a week, when I was promised it would only be 2 days) and the gentleman told me it wasn't going to be back till the afternoon. When he said that, I glared at him and explained that he had now had my purse for 1 week and I wanted either the amount I had paid for my purse or my purse back within 15 minutes - CLEANED! He called another gentleman and I was assured that my purse would be returned to me within 15 minutes, cleaned! When the gentleman handed me my purse, I was completely saddened and upset. They had wiped a wet cloth across the cloth part of the purse but had done nothing with any other part of the purse. Are you kidding me? They had my purse for a week and the "best" they could do was wipe a wet cloth across my purse and do nothing else? And the worst part is, they expected me to pay for this service. This isn't service! And no! I won't be taking you up on your "free cleaning". I'm afraid I'll never get my purse back. And I can promise I will never use you ever again!!
