| - I have been contacted by Big O Tires by three different individuals in their corporate office. This is sense my problem and issue has happened. All three of those individuals wanted to know in detail exactly what happened what day what time, the people that were involved and what the final outcome was. All three apologized repeatedly, and assured me they will get to the bottom of my issue and clear this problem up as quickly as possible. It was a complete turnaround from the way I was treated and disrespected at the store, the 3 corporate individuals seemed as if they were concerned about the customer, myself, and the fact that a problem even existed. The first person I spoke to picked the ball up immediately and started to run with it, he asked what brand and size tire was on my vehicle that I needed to have replaced, ask me to simply text him a copy of my original warranty. He then contacted me back 30 minutes later to notify me that my tire was ordered and will be here in 3 to 5 business days. I just received notification from him, my tire has arrived, and all he needed was a one hour window so he can call that particular store and let them know I'm in route to have my new tire put on. Once again, this is a complete turnaround from the way I was originally treated and disrespected. In fact, he also stated the tire would be free of charge, they are not even charging me the prorate on the old tire. It is too bad that this had to happen, but it is nice to see that there are people within the Big O organization that do care and are definitely concerned about customer service and fixing what was wrong. Good job Big O! Thank You to Anthony and Robert both. Corporate guys that that have good values and down to Earth people skills.
