The lady doing my nails was in a hurry doing my 1st visit and my nails turned out so uneven that I was embarrassed to show them off. I decided to come back a second time because it is close to my home and figured that since they were busy the 1st time that maybe they would do a better job when they weren't so busy during the morning. Unfortunately I got the same lady (who wears a green bracelet and a green necklace) she was just as much in a hurry as the first time. With the electronic file she cut my fingers in several places to the point to where I was bleeding. She kept staring at the door instead of looking at my hands, and repetitively kept hurting me to where I was sweating, in pain, and upset. The language barrier kept me from getting my frustration clear to her. She was so aggressive with filing my nails that she made them extremely thin and after 12 hours of leaving the salon my nail broke when I picked up my phone to answer it. Prices are not low enough to return and the owner does not compensate for any issues and charges extra for the littlest things.
