  • I drove over 30 mins on Sunday for my two little girls haircut. On Sunday a man who was working in the kids room (fish room ) took my 2 year old first gave her a 2 min haircut, not to mention it was uneven and he did a sloppy job !!! When he was done with my first kid, He looked at my 5 year olds hair and got scared of her long hair !!! So he walked away grabbed a bottle of shampoo and conditioner and said this is what she needs ?!! I'm like no I don't have time for that today, just a haircut pls !! So he hands me the comb and says "start combing" Bc it's tangled. Yup !!!! What kind of service is that ??? I have to comb my own daughters hair at your salon l?! I did comb her hair Bc I was too shy to say anything. when I was done combing he said it's not good enough. He than said "well I can't cut her hair" he walked me to the register and checked me out. The lady at the register said to come back the next day for my 5 year olds daughter hair, so I had to pay for my 2 years old hair only. Two days later I was scheduled to come back in but this time had someone else do there hair ! We were scheduled with Yamen. He was very sweet and tried taking both of them in a short period of time. When Yamen was cutting my 2 year olds hair (trying to fix the job of the other stylist ) miss Christine at the front desk steps in and says they can't take my 5 year old Bc they have other people waiting for him and that I have to come back AGAIN a different day plus it would be an extra charge for long hair. I told her it's not my fault she wasn't put down I can't drive back up here the 3rd time !!! So My 2 year old was charged The second time even thou I had paid for her service on Sunday. I ended up paying $30 total. Do yourself a favor, don't go in here !!!!!!!!! people who work here aren't friendly or professional at all !!!!!!!
