  • Initially, I signed up for internet service for my daughter online through Cox Communications, which was a complete nightmare!! She spend an hour on the phone with someone in another country and they were not able to help her at all when the modem didnt work...after being completely frustration she resigned to going into the store, which was 10 minutes before closing on Saturday. The employees at this store were so helpful and professional. He explained to her exactly what she needed to do and within 20 minutes she had service!! Very nice team. She did have to return one the boxes that was shipped with the initial package. When she returned to the store to return the item they were just as nice as there were on Saturday!!! THIS store has the best service by far COX should give bonus to them for excellent customer service!! FIVE STARS***** Great job:)
