  • Bicycle Heaven is definitely worth a visit! I read about it a couple of years ago and finally had a chance to visit while back in town for the holidays. The place has so many old bikes - from bone shaker penny farthings to schwin sting rays and dozens of unique bikes like shaft drives, butt driven, two wheel drive, etc. - too many to consider listing - you just have to take it all in along with pedal driven cars - an awesome train set roaring above head, Pittsburgh sports memorabilia and on and on. It is amazing and exhausting to think of all the time Craig and his crew put in organizing and arranging the bikes and parts parts parts - if you need a part they likely have it. If you are looking for something different to do with friends/family go visit Bicycle Heaven (and stop by Johnny Angels two doors down for music history).
