Purchased Dual Fuel Range - we were promised guaranteed fit and that both ovens would be convection. The range that was delivered did not fit, did not have double convection ovens, and the installers did significant damage to our granite counters and then charged us an additional $100 for the privilege. The installers insisted that the check be made out to an individual, rather than a business, and refused to provide us with a receipt. The individual later cashed the check. Spencer's refuses to do anything to help. The cuts to our counters are not even close to straight, leave significant gaps on both sides of the oven, and have sharp edges creating a safety hazard. The range does not have the features that we were promised by the salesman. In addition, because of poor scheduling, additional time off from work had to be taken for the range to be delivered and installed. We were also required to provide an electronic signature that the range was delivered. When we were mailed a copy of the delivery receipt it had additional language that was not on the screen when it was signed.
