  • FOOD: The food here is not fresh. Sometimes I get food poisoning from this place. I remember one time I ordered delivery. I had some leftovers and was gonna eat it later, but the whole thing turned sour and inedible really fast. That tells me their food is not fresh at all. The bubble tea here in my opinion is bad for your health. They use flavor powders instead of using the real thing, which is very unhealthy. SERVICE: And the service is very bad. The waiters and waitresses are untrained and often seem way too casual. They would sit on an empty seat not far away from you and play with their phone. ENVIRONMENT: They have the blender for drinks outside right where you eat, and often have to blend ice so it is EXTREMELY loud. The whole restaurant just don't look very professional and poorly managed.
