  • I wish I could give this place negative stars, but it won't let me! I used to love this daycare for my daughter but the issues started and they never stopped! If you are planning on potty training your child don't expect the "teachers" to help you out at all! There where neroumous times I picked up my daughter with a soggy wet diaper full of pee and or poop. I can count how many times she developed a serve rash from them not wiping or changing her diaper properly. Don't count on getting used to seeing the same teacher either the turnover rate at this place is ridiculous! I always used to count on see what my child did for the day ie:what she ate, how much she ate, and how long of a nap she took, so many time this sheet was never filled out completely leaving me to wonder if she was feed, changed or had a nap at all! The final straw with this place was when my husband was laid off and I needed to change her attendance to a drop in child. They told me I had to give a 2 weeks notice to change her to a drop in, forcing me to pay for another 2 weeks, which I'm sorry most people cannot afford after one parent has lost their job, and then also telling me I would lose my registration fee! I told them I happy to finally withdrawal her from this hell! Fyi: thisnplace has hidden policies that they either do not follow or wish to change as they please. Please do your research this place is horrible.
