Appliance Installer Mark for dishwashers, calls himself "Appliance installs for RC Willey". I Purchased a dishwasher on December 21 at the time they were having a discount on installs of $75 plus if you had the appliance installed you wouldn't pay taxes. Bottom line here it was going to cost me about $20 to have the install completed by RC Willey. So now even with some reservation because I typically prefer to do it myself. I paid for and scheduled the install. Spoke with Mark on December 22 and scheduled the install for January 2 that's 12 days out. Two or three days later Mark called me to schedule the install I advised Mark that we had already spoke and had scheduled The install for January 2. Mark checked his records and said oh ok January 2 will work between 9 and 11. Two days before the scheduled install I received a voicemail from Mark stating that he had a conflict for the install on January 2. Mark and I had spoke on two different occasions about the January 2 install and now two days prior Mark wants to schedule for another day. This doesn't work for me and I had given 12 days notice! Not to mention that the installer had confirmed this date with me on two occasions. I was on Marks schedule 12 days in advance. Seems that it wasn't convenient for Mark. I canceled the install picked up the dryer on the 2nd and installed it myself. Always seems to be some issue when I deal with RC Willey. Promised myself if at all possible to avoid RC Willey. UPDATE now as of 1/20/2017 I received a bill for the $26.40 that I was credited following the canceled installation. The saga just never stops!! Jan 23 after writing (email) to request resolution to the bill for $26.40 here is the response from RCWilley,
"Hello Randy,I am writing to inform you that we have corrected the issue of the payment that it should you owed for the $26.40. You now owe $0.
Thank You"
Again it never stops 2/4/2017 I now have another bill that says Due Date 2/15 $26.40 with a late pay warning if not received by a by 2/20/2017 a fee of up to $25. So on a purchase made in mid Dec the installer with 2 weeks notice came up with a conflict 3 or 4 days prior to the install. Then a credit because I did the install ends up as a bill that was resolved in jan according to RC Willey is now another bill in Feb 2017. How many phone calls and how many emails will it take for this to STOP!???
