  • We had a claim through our home warranty and they were quick to come out to give us a quote but said their start time would be 2 to 4 weeks out. I called them today to get an estimate (3 weeks out) on when they will be able to start work. Monica in the office sounded very annoyed I was talking to her. She couldn't give me an estimated start date and said if we want to cancel with them go ahead. The area manager of my home warranty company was apologetic and said they will no longer use this vendor. You think someone would be grateful to have business. I would give them zero stars if able.
