I had gone in to set up the passport plan for my mother and I for our international travel and was assured that both would be set up on the desired dates that I had asked for. My mother left a few days ago and was unable to use her phone at all therefore leaving her lost in an airport in another country searching for her pick up for 4 hours.
I've never had an issue at this AT&T store however the only thing I've ever had to do here was pick up and activate devices. Normally the staff is very helpful. This however, was extremely irritating considering the price for the service and still not being able to use it.
I leave in a few days, I seriously hope I don't have an issue even after talking to customer service online.
