We've been staying here since it was built and it is really getting worn out. So I guess we are spoiled. The location, food and staff have always been great and still are. The sofa bed looked like it should be sticking out of a dumpster and the carpets and furnishings are worn. It is adjacent to a golf course in the riverbed so you can walk east for miles. Many restaurants and shops are within walking distance. The economy has been tough on everything so maybe this is par for the price. Wi-Fi free in the lobby but not in the room.
