  • Didn't honor our coupon. I went into the restaurant with a coupon that didn't expire until December 2013 (it was November) and the employee said they were no longer honoring the coupon. He called someone on the phone to double check (he said it was the owner) and confirmed that I couldn't use my coupon. Additionally, when I came in the employee was on the phone in what sounded like a personal call. Truly disappointed in the customer service so we left without ordering anything.
