  • I am so disappointed in this car wash. I signed up for a membership when their new location opened and there was a special. When it went up to normal price, I realized I wasn't getting value in it so I decided to cancel. I went online and their webpage, which has broken links and doesn't work, directed me to an email form and a list of numbers. I sent in an email requesting assistance and never heard back. When I tried to call the automated voice menu said I had to cancel online. Then, when I finally managed to actually call through to speak with someone, of course, they didn't answer. They say you can cancel anytime and there's no hassle but that is absolutely not true. I have gone through so much trouble trying to cancel my membership and for that reason alone, I will never use their services. I would not recommend.
