  • Bricktops is one of my favorite restaurants in Charlotte! My boyfriend and I go all the time. The atmosphere is great. The staff is always pleasant and extremely helpful. We always look for Rob when we go. He is friendly and knowledgable. He knows his guests and always offers the best recommendations. I wish I could tell you what to order specifically, but everything is absolutely amazing!! I will share some of my favorites with you. Appetizers: the deviled eggs and millionaires bacon!! The bacon is thick cut and carmelized with amazing goodness. The smoked salmon is fantastic! I was shocked that it was served warm but this is my current favorite. Meal: Parmesan Crusted Chicken is my all time favorite dish. The chicken is lightly pan fried with a fantastic lemon butter sauce and capers!!! Bistro chicken is blackened with the same sauce! This is a new favorite. Baby Back Ribs are fall off the bone. I can't share their secret, but they put some extra TLC into these. Sides: Macaroni & Cheese! I have to have his every single time! Kale & Quinoa Salad is light and delicious. It's served cold which is very refreshing. Last but not least, you have to order the skillet cookie!
