There is no shortage of staff or yummy cocktails. Some friends and I were going to DOT DOT DOT and they gave us an hour wait to get in. We headed over to the Flour Shop to pre-game and well, it became our game. We didn't even go to DOT DOT DOT because we had such a great time at the Flour Shop. I had two of their custom cocktails... the Blackberry cocktail was my favorite!! There were a lot of things happening in the kitchen from pasta making to wood burning oven cooking. It was such a spectacular sight to behold. I feel like there were a few guys behind the bar who were not dressed in the same style as everyone else, which indicated to me they were probably owners and were setting them apart from everyone else, or someone dropped the ball and left their staff uniform at home. Ha. Either way, everyone was super nice and it was very easy to get a drink at while standing at the bar.
The lighting and decor was simply phenomenal. It really set the mood for a great night. It wasn't too noisy that we couldn't speak to each other but the music playing in the background was a nice touch. We didn't bother with food, we drank our calories. Yum yum!
I'd say the extreme majority of patrons at this establishment were dressed to impress, so don't show up in jeans and a ratty t-shirt and expect to fit in.
Bathroom was clean and accessible. Parking could be a bit of a challenge, but you can always park in the front of the plaza and walk through the garden cut-through by hardware store.
