  • First thing I will mention is the location of the place, you do not need to go to TAO to get to TAO beach. Just ask around Venetian and someone will point you in the right direction. TAO beach was my first Vegas pool party and I must say I am not disappointed. I went on a Friday afternoon and it wasn't as crowded as I thought it would be but still crowded nonetheless. The music was good and the crowd was overall good. Is it just me or does it seem like Vegas only has good lookin' people (ok maybe some are just better than average)? I mean where do they all come from ?? Definitely not your average pool party, lots of hot girls and it seemed like every other guy had a six pack. Even though it is a "pool" party no one really swims they just get in the water and splish splash around. So for the girls, you can still wear your make up and heels. The pool inside TAO beach isn't very big but the actual Venetian pool is. The water looked kinda icky; I don't know if it was because there were so many people in there, or maybe they spilled their drinks, whatever, I definitely did not get in. On of the cons: you have to exit the TAO beach area to the Venetian pool to go to the restroom (which of course always has a line, ladies at least). It wasn't that far but still. On a positive note, they have plenty of towels readily available. They also serve food there. Tip: if you get a cabana, they have sunscreen in there (along with extra tees, flip flops, a visor, i forgot what else) It was a nice surprise since I forgot sunscreen.
