  • The positive is I got admitted on an L2K to them and I went to the west wing. People who were already in there were welcoming and most of the nurses were attentive. Some nurses were not so attentive which affected my treatment and mind. The techs are all amazing, and as expected, they watch your every move. They provided necessities (as non-dangerous as they could) as far as bathroom and personal use. The techs were more helpful then most the nurses actually. Anyway, as for the negative, I did not see MY doctor as it was a holiday weekend and the only medical professional helping at the level of affection were Dr Lei and Joan PAC. It takes the nurses forever to get medicine approved so I was without prescribed medicine for at least 1.5- 2 days, which was not ideal, but once they got doctor approval, they gave medicine in a timely manner. I know the reviews are that of mentally unstable and angry patients, but they do fairly well aside from that. They feed their patients on time with decent food, provide activities with knowledgable and loving counseling/techs/(some) nurses and provide activities to the best of their ability to people in need. They also provide resonable phone call hours. I know some of the wings are more strict given the severity of their patient, but mental health is a gamble and no one is stable. My main complaints are to Centennial Hospital, not Spring Mountain Treatment Centers- They were SUPER compared to the hospital.... Hope this helps- as this is a very nerve wrecking experience.
