  • I should also add information about the room not just the service, as the rooms/cleanliness is equally as bad as the service. Sheets so itchy you feel like your skin is crawling. Filthy bathroom upon check in with hairs (not mine) on the floor, and sinks coated with gunk and not wiped down. You are greeted by the most disgusting perfume/intense smell upon walking into the hotel, and when waking out you get hammered with cigarette smoke by valet. Internet when even after you pay for it every new web page you want to go to you get kicked off and have to re-enter your password. A tv that doesn't work with the remote. No electrical outlets by the bed. And I'm pretty sure I'm forgetting several other things. Oh yeah, the security guard who said within ear shot and while starring at me while I'm waiting 20 minutes to be escorted to my room, "oh yeah she must be the one starring at me with the Devils eyes and an impatient stare" HOWS THAT FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE?
