This place should get an award for MISMANAGEMENT. This place is being run by kids who don't have a clue what customer service means. I spent a lot of money and ended up hosting the worst party I have ever hosted. Here's the list of things which went wrong:
1. First of all they have a 25 kid package. Now if you invite 25 kids and their parents, there is no way they can all fit in a small room for cake cutting and food so I got the other room added only to be called a few days later by their "general manager" (another kid) that the guy who did my booking messed up and the other room wasn't available because there was another party scheduled at the same time. I had already sent the invitations and these guys asked me to change my party time if I wanted two rooms.
2. I ordered wings, salad and chips in addition to pizzas so that my guests can have a good meal but the pizzas and wings were served cold. They forgot to bring the salad until I reminded them after people had started eating. I had asked their "general manager" to open the chips packets and arrange chips in trays so that it was easier for ppl to take, they didn't do that either until I told them.
3. I bought their deluxe party package which included a picture package. The kids who were "managing" our party had a small point n shoot camera and ZERO picture taking skills. They screwed up all the pictures. I am glad I took a couple with my phone so at least I have some pictures but I was thoroughly disappointed by their effort.
In short, this is the last I will ever host a party with them unless they do something about their management. Its good to give jobs to kids but they shouldn't leave the entire place to kids. They need to employ some qualified adults to supervise these kids.
I would recommend trying BounceU rather than Pump it Up.
