Horrible service & food today. I went through Drive Thru today and ordered one meal and a Sunday. Everything was fine at the 1st window where they took my money, I proceeded to the 2nd window where I literally sat without anyone saying a single word to me for 10-11 minutes. A guy finally appeared, handed me my filet-o-fish meal & literally mumbled "sorry for the wait". I was so annoyed at this point I grabbed bag and drove home the .08 mile from here. I immediately opened bag when I got home & the fries were hard & cold, then I opened the filet-o-fish, attempted to take a bite and both buns were so rock hard & dried out that I couldn't not bite through it. I had to throw entire meal in trash!!! I then call & speak to the manager Tasha, before I can even finish telling her of my experience and ask my questions how could this be when I waited over 10 minutes for food, she was rushing me off phone & just saying I have your mane and I will give you 2 free meals. I tried again to ask her how this could happen because it makes no sense being that I waited so long and she could not even slow down enough to speak with me. She was too busy talking to another employee as I was explaining my experience. I hope when I go back for replacement meal the service is better because this was poorest service ever!!!
Also I might mention I wanted a Hi-C orange drink and they were out of it!!! How do you run out of one of your most popular drinks?!?!?
