I'm not even allotted enough characters to cover all the lies and deception done by this Lowes store, corporate office and their installer. I signed a contract for new fencing with Josh Yeske on July 18th. After multiple installation date changes, lies and finger pointed I finally had my new fence on September 28th. Well past the finished by date on the contract. Everyone I spoke to at the store, Lowes project coordinator center and their installer offered no assistance in why all the changes and lies. The only person who actually helped and said what he was going to do was another store employee Sam Orr. After installation of the fence there was a few hundred dollars in damage to my property. Not 1 step in this process went as Josh described in the beginning. My entire fence line was dug up and destroyed. Not just new holes dug for the new post. I already tried to settle the matter with Lowes corporate headquarters and again was lied too. Was told someone from, "Central Production Office will contact you directly within two business days", that was going on 4 days ago now. Lowes does not care about customers at all and offer nothing to ever help them. Go read their reviews on the BBB website. Every reply they give is the same copy and paste response. They have no interest in settling any problems. I have multiple ignored calls and emails documented. I wouldn't suggest this business to anyone. Travel further and use a Home Depot, Ace, Busy Beaver, even Walmart if you have too!
