  • Stay away from the Starbucks!! They charged me 60 cents for whip cream on my white mocha. When I told her that I buy coffee there all the time (since it opened) and I have never been charged she was snarky and said that "All my employees know they are to charge for whip cream on a white mocha". I have never been charged for whip cream EVER. White mocha is the only drink I purchase. (There are three Starbucks in North Olmsted) I replied with, "Well it looks like I need to return to the other Starbucks so I am not charged for whip". She said nothing. I left. I love Starbucks, and I buy a coffee almost daily in the summer but I will not return to that one.
