I haven't had a chance to get to LA to try any of the locations there. It was almost noon, and we hadn't eaten and the line was short, so we finally tried Eggslut. We got a "Fairfax" and an "Eggslut". The Fairfax was fine. The eggs are soft, rich, and creamy. However, the onions and the sriracha mayo seemed lost. The seasoning is very light. The eggslut was interesting. Very rich and unctuous, but I prefer spiciness. The food was good. it's expensive. I'm in no rush to return, but I enjoyed the food.
