  • I made an appointment and was VERY specific on the procedure I needed. I was assured the Peoria off ice could do the procedure. However, after driving 30 minutes to get there, I was told they can't do the procedure. Lack of training for your front office means inconveniences for patients. Time to find a new Dr. The office manager wasn't apologetic and offered no solution. Definitely not recommended. So much for their Christian values.
