| - Jeff Smith, Sharon Browne of Rocky River Construction are nothing but a bunch of thieves and liars...I do not know how they are not in JAIL for FRAUD. I stupidly hired Jeff Smith in July , Jeff promised a speedy process, very professionally done....what a joke! He sent 'people' to my house (which we were not living in yet) and they destroyed it...totally gutted my house! ( which when i left was NEWLY painted, and furnished with everything brand NEW ) well, they threw every thing all over the yard and fields, they stole/ruined our belongings, busted and ruined brand new furniture, he never got a rent a john, his workers used our old toilet, put it behind our small building and were using that! eewww disgusting. They also went through our barns and actually cut out the tongue and groove wood!!!! They also created a HUGE burn pile next to the house (which was surrounded by dry wheat fields!)..nails, glass, debris and garbage everywhere..rotten food also...just disgusting! ..Jeff promised to make things right....HE NEVER DID...he basically got a LOT of money from us, never did anything that he was supposed to do. I was very specific about what we wanted done. He did not care he just wanted to get his hands on the money and get out....after almost 4 months of horrible problems, his so called Mother In Law, Sharon Browne stepped in claiming she was Rocky River Construction and she would now make everything right...we were to deal with her and no longer Jeff....again, SHE PROMISED to make things right...that was almost 3 mos ago...and so far she has not contacted me or made one single thing right......DO NOT HIRE EITHER OF THESE PEOPLE...THEY ARE THEIVES....SWEET TALKING THEIVES
I can't imagine where they got the pictures from for this ad, but that is NOT the kind of work I have witnessed.
ALSO, they do not pay their help, all we got was complaints how they didn't get paid or their checks bounced....which I totally believe as David Clark the project manager, and my husband and I went to Locust Lumber and picked out windows, David gave them Jeff's check....well guess what? it BOUNCED....and yes I had to pay the bill...how is that for professional people?
They need to be both held accountable for all the damage they did and have gotten away with.....I feel JAIL time would be nice for both....I do not recommend them!!!
I hired another contractor and got the house done so we would have somewhere to live...it cost us a small fortune to fix what he destroyed..and we are out a very large amount of money that Jeff Smith of Rocky River Construction took and never did the work..........I believe that is called FRAUD
