  • after I moved out they charged me $600 for changing the carpet because of pet stain, when I complained that there was no stain, now they are saying there was a smell and they pulled the carpets and underneath there was marks so they must have been urine... why didn't they clean the carpet?! what was the reason to change a carpet for smell?
