I normally do not leave reviews for businesses that I have not received an actual service from but in this case, I just have to.
I received a voucher for a gel manicure at this salon and decided to call about 10 days ago to make an appointment, I called a couple times that day and no one picked up. I called the next day and decided to leave a voicemail, yet no one called me back later that day, or the next day. I then tried calling again, but no luck, it just rings out until it goes to voicemail.
I let Groupon know of the issues I was having in scheduling an appointment here and they said they contacted the business and to wait three business days for them to contact me. Today makes it 5 business days and I think I have been beyond patient waiting.
Terrible customer service...
