rev:text	This Einstein's is combined with a caribou coffee. I had a lot of mixed feelings about this place but unfortunately, I don't think I'll be returning. Let's start with the good: I liked the overall atmosphere. It had a cool vibe, nice looking counter and coffee bar, a couple of tables, some lounge chairs, a community table, and counter space. Nice vibe if you wanted to grab a coffee or bagel and hang out. The guy who took our order was also friendly, and another girl cleared our trash for us and was nice. The actual food was fine. I got the turkey, bacon and avocado sandwich which came with chips, and a medium tropical green tea. The sandwich wasn't anything huge but it tasted just fine, as did the chips and tea. For the price though (over $10 with the tea) I could go elsewhere for a better value. Now onto the not so great... Upon entering the establishment, I immediately noticed there were several tables with trash and dirty baskets from past customers sitting out. I get it's lunch rush, but I counted 4 people working.. Ordering took awhile. There were a couple of people before me and a couple of people after me. While very nice, the guy behind the counter seemed to have no sense of urgency.. the other guy making food yelled at him in front of customers about something.. and then there was another lady behind the counter who seemed to take a minute before she jumped in to help. Okay.. not the end of the world, but the people behind me certainly ended up waiting even longer. Everything just seemed a little disorganized.. and I can't even imagine how much slower it would take if someone had ordered a fancy coffee drink. It was also a little awkward watching the line get longer and longer, and to see an employee on break hanging out right next to the long line. I get it, everyone deserves a break of course and there is nothing wrong with that, but maybe just hang out away from the line so people don't take that as not caring about customers.. I can see someone rude making a comment about it. Just my thoughts! Again, nothing wrong with the food but.. just didn't leave a great impression.
