I had an issue with my Nook charger for a year+. I called the 800# several times and went into various locations to not have this fully resolved. it was very disappointing. I went into this location and decided to give it another try and asked a nice salesperson. She quickly resolved this issue and found a new cord. I can now resume using my Nook and I am very happy. When I returned a week later, to pick up another gift, I stopped one of the store managers and shared this experience. I didn't get her name but luckily she was working and he received the feedback of her excellent service.
