  • This studio has a really great variety of classes and I have loved all of the instructors I've had so far. The owners are also really friendly and make you feel comfortable and welcome every time you walk in. Tonight I did the Happy Hour restorative class and it was super relaxing. It was a great ending to a long week at work. I chose to have iced tea after class which was amazing. Usually I go for a green smoothie which have always been delicious as well. They have variety of fruit and green smoothie options or you can come up with your own. The drinks are ready for you to enjoy immediately after class which is a really nice. On Wednesdays I like to do a double feature by doing the Handstands class followed by partner stretching and conditioning. The instructor does a great job working with different levels and focuses on drills that build the strength needed for a perfect handstand (eventually). The partner stretching is not only a great workout and stretch, but it's also so much fun learning how to work with a friend or partner to balance each other out and help each other through the different poses. Long story short, I will definitely become a regular.
