  • This towing company charges enormous fees and will hold your car hostage. The company operates from the truck and an abandoned facility. Their fees are based on the type of car you drive. They originally quoted me $190 for same night pick-up and $140 for next day pick-up. I was quoted and charged $260 because I have a SUV; however, they did not use a flatbed to tow my car. They used the same tow truck for towing other cars. They refused to give me the address where my car was held and Had no choice but to ride in the tow truck with the driver without my husband to get my car...I was charged for that service. Thus, I could have called Uber or a cab at a lower rate; but because they would not relinquished the address I was at their whim. This incident took place on a late Friday night. Additionally, they charged a much higher rate to retrieve my car within minutes of it being towed than the next day at a fee of $220. I strongly believe they are not operating at a fair market price and they only accept cash.
